Tour Rates

Licensed Guide :

These are the flat rates for licensed guides in Tong's team. Flat rates give you the flexibility to customize your tour the way you want it. If you have suggestions, areas of interests or a rough idea where to go, kindly let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Impromptu changes to the itinerary even during the tour will be dealt with in the best way possible.

 

  • 1,000 – 1,800 baht for guiding service with public transportation. All expenses like transportation, admission fees, meals etc. will be paid by the client. Please note that the price quoted does not change depending on the number of people, as we do not charge per person. Also note that the licensed guide does not need to pay any admission fees for himself/herself.
  • 2,500 baht for a full day guiding service in a normal air-conditioned sedan or a taxi with a licensed guide in our team (10 hours). For a half day-tour, the cost will be 2,000 baht. For a full day tour, if the tour exceeds 10 hours then we charge overtime at the rate of 250 baht per additional hour. All expenses like  admission fees, meals, boats etc. will be paid by the client. This price is inclusive of gasoline only if the tour is within Bangkok. If the tour is outside of Bangkok, then gasoline is charged on real cost. Please note that the price quoted does not change depending on the number of people, as we do not charge per person. Also note that the licensed guide does not need to pay any admission fees for himself/herself.
  • 3000 baht for a full day guiding service in a large air-conditioned sedan with a licensed guide in our team  (10 hours). For a half-day tour, the cost will be 2,300 baht. For a full day tour, if the tour exceeds 10 hours then we charge overtime at the rate of 300 baht per additional hour. All expenses like admission fees, meals etc. will be paid by the client. This price is inclusive of gasoline only if the tour is within Bangkok. If the tour is outside of Bangkok, then gasoline is charged on real cost. Please note that the price quoted does not change depending on the number of people, as we do not charge per person. Also note that the licensed guide does not need to pay any admission fees for himself/herself.
  • 3500 baht for a full day guiding service  in an air-conditioned SUV (10 hours). For a half-day tour, the cost will be 2,500 baht. For a full day tour, if the tour exceeds 10 hours then we charge overtime at the rate of 350 baht per additional hour. All expenses like  admission fees, meals, boats etc. will be paid by the client. This price is inclusive of gasoline only if the tour is within Bangkok. If the tour is outside of Bangkok, then gasoline is charged on real cost. Please note that the price quoted does not change depending on the number of people, as we do not charge per person. Also note that the licensed guide does not need to pay any admission fees for himself/herself.
  • 4,000 baht for a full day guiding service in an air-conditioned VIP van with a driver and a licensed guide (either Tong or a licensed guide from our team)(8 hours). If the tour exceeds 8 hours then we charge overtime at the rate of 400 baht per additional hour. All expenses like admission fees, meals, boats etc. will be paid by the client. This price is inclusive of gasoline only if the tour is within Bangkok. If the tour is outside of Bangkok, then gasoline is charged on real cost. Please note that the price quoted does not change depending on the number of people, as we do not charge per person. Also note that the licensed guide does not need to pay any admission fees for himself/herself.

Note: The prices quoted above are NOT inclusive of overtime charges, if any, and of the cost of gasoline for tours outside of Bangkok. These costs are extra. Take a look at our FAQs for estimates of gasoline charges for various tours.

Further notes:

  • There are instances where the licensed guide will also be the driver of the vehicle, especially if there more people in the group and we are trying to accommodate everyone comfortably. This decision will be taken at our discretion. Regardless of whether there is a specific driver or not, the cost stays the same. There will not be any additional charges.
  • Guide fees at the Grand Palace and other places are included in the price.
  • We do tours in Bangkok, Floating Market and other sightseeings in the area, Samutsongkram, Nakorn Pathom, Ayutthaya, Kanchanaburi, fishing village and Pattaya. We are willing to include places other than these upon request.
  • Package tours are also available upon request. Clients opting for these have to choose a predetermined specific program for a fixed price, which includes all fees. (This is different from a private tour where the program can be adjusted as per your time, requirements and preferences and the entrance fees are paid by the clients)
  • Floating Market (Ratchaburi) / Nakorn Pathom / Samutsongkram / Ayutthaya / Pattaya / Kanchanaburi / fishing village are considered Out-of-Bangkok tours. This means gasoline will be charged on real cost.
  • The Floating Market & Kanchanaburi tour is a very long day trip. Many of our clients like to do this tour in one day and it normally takes around 10-14 hours depending on itinerary. Please note that if the tour exceeds the allotted 10 hours, over-time fees will be charged. 
Licensed Driver:

You have an option of doing the tour with a driver only. In this case, your tour will only cover the cost of the vehicle and the driver. Please send in your requests with a detailed itinerary so we can quote you a price. This net price will have to be settled upon before the tour and will depend on the chosen vehicle and the program.

Airport Transfer Rates

  • Private Airport Transfer to/from a hotel in Bangkok by a sedan = 700 baht/NETT. Toll fee is included.
  • Private Airport Transfer to/from a hotel in Bangkok by a normal van = 1,000 baht/NETT. Toll fee is included.
  • Private Airport Transfer to/from a hotel in Bangkok by a large van = 1,200 baht/NETT. Toll fee is included.
  • Private Transfer to any province in Thailand. Please email Tong for more information.

Remarks : Hiring a taxi from the airport might be cheaper considering those taxi’s are based at the airport and are able to get another fare back to the airport once they are in Bangkok. Comparatively, our services might have a higher cost, but if you are looking for someone reliable and trustworthy waiting for you after a long flight and don’t want the hassle of waiting in a queue and/or bargaining for your fare, we suggest you use our services.
